Privacy Policy

We collect your email address when you create an account, and we record usage data such as the number of interview sessions you complete. We do not collect or store the content of your interviews, your answers, or any audio.

Your email is used to send your license key, account-related notifications, and occasional product updates. Usage data is used to manage your credit balance and subscription. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your account data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in Singapore (Asia-Pacific region). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Your license key is encrypted at rest.

The Anito Assist desktop app processes audio locally on your device. Audio is streamed in real time to OpenAI for transcription and response generation, subject to OpenAI's privacy policy. We do not receive, store, or have access to your audio or interview content.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Payments are processed by PayMongo. We do not store your card details. PayMongo's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days.
