By creating an account or using Anito Assist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Anito Assist is an AI-powered coaching tool that provides real-time guidance during job interviews and customer support calls. It is a decision-support tool — not a substitute for your own judgment, preparation, or professional advice.

You may use Anito Assist for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the service to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary components of the software
• Share, resell, or sublicense your license key
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Trial accounts receive 5 free interview credits valid for 30 days. Paid credits are non-refundable once used. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused credits from one-time purchases do not expire.

We offer a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if you have used fewer than 2 interview sessions from that purchase. Contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.

Anito Assist, its design, code, and brand are owned by Anito Assist. You retain ownership of any content you input. By using the service, you grant us no rights to your content beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

Anito Assist is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will help you pass any interview or achieve any specific outcome. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate — always use your own judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anito Assist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
